Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Skippack, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Removal and replacement of concrete curb, clearing, 19mm paved trail with stone base, top soil and seed restoration and storm sewer. Requirements for a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, and 100% Payment Bond are included in the contract documents. Prevailing state wage rates and Public Works Employment Verification Act will apply to this project. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The Township of Skippack reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to make such an award as appears most advantageous to the Township.
