**As of April 30, 2024, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $141,838.25** The Skippack Township Board of Supervisors will receive sealed bids for its Palmer Park 2024 Parking Lot Expansion. The work involves the furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary for mobilization (1 LS), Core Samples (1 LS), 1 1/2 Milling (8,680 SY), 5 Base Repair 25 mm (200 SY), Leveling Course (60 Tons), 1 1/2 9.5mm Wearing Course (8,680 SY), 8' wide trail to pavilion (75 SY), Line Striping, Signage & Striping ADA Parking Space, and traffic control. Requirements for a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, and 100% Payment Bond are included in the contract documents. Prevailing state wage rates and Public Works Employment Verification Act will apply on this project. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The Township of Skippack reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to make such an award as appears most advantageous to the Township.
