Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Skippack, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work is situated alongvarious locations in the Township and includes 3" milling;3" Superpave paving and topsoil, raking and seeding. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall be marked clearly as follows:Sealed Bid - Proposal for 2025 Skippack Township Trails Improvements. Requirementsfor a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, and 100% Payment Bond are included in the contract documents. Prevailing state wage rates and Public Works Employment Verification Act will apply on this project. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. TheTownship of Skippack Town- ship reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to make such award as appears most advantageous to the Township.
