Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Shenandoah, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plan to construct the expansion of Harper's Preserve South Village Lift Station No. 1 Expansion for Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 95. This includes the removal and replacement of the two (2) existing submersible pumps and the addition of a third pump to include three (3) new 15-hp pumps to expand the firm capacity of the lift station to 1,016 gallons per minute (2 pumps firm, 1 spare), complete with new base elbows, guide rails, power cables, and lifting chains; in the third pump slot, installation with protective coatings of new riser piping and valves; modifications to the existing level controls and settings to incorporate the new pump and altered capacities; and bypass pumping to perform the work
