Site work for a water / sewer project in Shenandoah, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construct new aerobic digester facility; convert existing digester basins into aeration basins; replace aeration basin air piping and diffusers; upgrade air blowers; air header modifications; improve blower room ventilation; improve aeration basin routing to allow isolation of clarifier feed channels; improve Clarifier No. 2 RAS transfer line; replace MCC, SCADA, and other electrical equipment; rehabilitate dewatering building structure; replace existing belt filter press with new rotary fan press; modify chlorine contact basin air piping; upgrade generator; extend three-phase power to chemical building; replace chemical feed equipment; improve chemical building; replace perimeter fencing; add rolling gate for secondary access; minor drainage improvements and I&I mitigation. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee equivalent to five percent (5%) of the bid price. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it.
