Site work for a water / sewer project in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of August 1, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The Contract work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, approximately 2,050 linear feet of streambank stabilization and riparian plantings. Lemoyne Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Only those questions submitted online via shall be considered. Questions received after 12:00 PM on Friday, May 5, 2023 regarding the project will not be acknowledged. Work to be substantially completed, excluding plantings, by September 10, 2023, After September 10, 2023, liquidated damages apply at the rate of $1,000 per calendar day. Plantings to be completed by October 10, 2023. After October 10, 2023, liquidated damages apply at the rate of $1,000 per calendar day. Clarification Deadline 5/5/2023 12:00 PM
