Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lower Makefield Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Township of Falls Township, Wyoming County, will accept sealed proposals for the following: a paving projects on Creek Flats Drive and Orchard Dr: Item 1: 146 Ton Superpave Base Course, 25.0 mm, IN PLACE Item 2: 117 Ton Superpave Scratch & Leveling Course, 9.5mm, IN PLACE Item 3: 308 Ton Superpave Wearing Course, 9.5mm, IN PLACE. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by Falls Township, must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Falls Township. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the Bidder and shall be clearly marked "Paving Bid." The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond each at 100% of the contract amount, as well as certificate of insurance. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept all or part of any bid and to waive irregularities in any bid.
