Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Clarksville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,339-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for the renovation of a 30,832-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
SBC Project Number:373/003-05-2022 Anticipated Bid Target was discussed by Owner: $6,634,457.00 with a 10% Owner Contingency. Owner contingency is in addition to the bid target for a total $7,297,903 maximum allowable construction cost (MACC). Base bids and/or alternates above the bid target amount cannot be accepted. The Project consists of the alteration of a combined 20,000 square feet of existing classrooms, staff offices, some (but not all) faculty offices, the classroom-wing toilets, and lecture hall. Additionally, Add Alternate No. 1 is included to construct a new 1,400 square foot lobby addition to provide common space and an alternate accessible path to the lowest level of the tiered lecture hall. 373/003-05-2022 Bidders shall submit questions about bidding documents to Designer in writing. Replies will be issued to Bidders of Record by addenda and will become part of Contract Documents. Designer and Owner will not make oral clarifications.
