installation of 860 LF of storm sewer pipe and 10 catch basins on Center Street A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Warren County Commissioners or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid shall be submitted with each bid. A performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract as awarded will be required as security for faithful performance of the contract. In addition to the Equal Employment requirements of Executive Order 11246, the Contractor must also establish a 5% goal for women business enterprises and a 3% goal for minority business enterprises in their aggregate on-site construction work force. he Owner reserves the right, as its interests may require, to reject any and all proposals or waive any formalities or technicalities.
