The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, tools, and necessary incidentals to complete a full bridge replacement in accordance with the project designs, the Federal Highway Administration Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects (FP-14), and the Forest Service Supplemental Specifications to FP-14. Work includes demolition and disposal of the existing bridge structure, procurement of the new bridge, and complete installation of the replacement bridge in compliance with all contract requirements.
