Construction of one (1) electrical kiosk including excavation, foundations, structural supports, roof system, exterior coatings, meter base, distribution panelboard, service grounding and convenience lighting/GFI receptacle. 6. Installation of secondary, feeder, branch and grounding conductors as indicated. 7. Electrical appurtenances as specified herein and as indicated on the Contract Drawings, including installation of the booster skid and water treatment control panels. 8. Upgrades to existing Water Treatment Building electrical service from upgraded Utility transformer, including underground conduit, conductors, manual transfer switch, meter base and final connections. 9. Replacement of existing water treatment main distribution panel, service disconnect and treatment control panel, including conduit, junction boxes, conductors and final connections. 10. Furnish and install remote monitoring equipment and instrumentation including automatic telephone dialers and level control equipment at the Water Treatment Building and the Water Tank. 11. Final electrical connections to all equipment and enclosures. It is understood that if the work is not completed within the time above specified or such extension thereof, as shall be granted in accordance with the General Conditions, the Contractor shall pay the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as liquidated damages and not as a penalty for non-completion of work, the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per day for each and every calendar day thereafter until the work shall be completed and accepted. Contractor is to begin work within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, and to complete work within Two Hundred Seventy (270) calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
