The project consists of adding a southbound right turn lane to Pines Road (SR27), widening Mission Avenue, curb ramp improvements, stormwater improvements, signal improvements, and striping revisions with other related work all in accordance with the Contract Provisions and Plans. A 12% mandatory DBE condition of Award goal has been established for this project. The City of Spokane Valley in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), commits to nondiscrimination on the basis of disability, in all of its programs and activities.
