New work to include the installation of two new roof curbs, two ground mounted DOAS units on concrete pads, three ground mounted VRF units, exterior ductwork and jacketing, interior ductwork, gas piping, ACT ceiling assemblies, gypsum and metal stud soffits, interior and exterior painting, and re-installation of light fixture and ceiling mounted devices.
