The City of Saint Paul (City) is requesting bids to establish one or multiple Master Contracts for rental and replacement of
temporary traffic control items.
A Master Contract may be utilized to respond to Local, State, or Federal declared emergency events requiring deployment of
traffic control devices. The selected Vendor(s) will be required to generate itemized invoices with specific information to aid
