Work includes but is not limited to: Replacement of all areas of roofing material at the office building including canopy. Removal of roofing material, flashing, wall caps, roof penetration flashing, vents and all accessories. As a condition of award Performance and Payment bonds for 100% of the Contract Award Amount shall be furnished for the Work. On contracts of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) or less, at Contractors option the requirement may be waived in lieu of an additional 5% (total 10%) retainage.
