Renovation of a municipal facility in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The removal and replacement of existing concrete roof tiles at four (4) gable roof structures with new standing seam metal roofing. Selective removal of existing brick veneer adjacent to the gable roofs to facilitate, removal and replacement of existing wall flashing, and reinstallation of brick veneer.Bidders are advised to refer to Request for Bids Section 5 of the bidding documents for a list of required bid submittals. Failure to submit or upload all required documents may result in an irregular or non-responsive bid submittal.It is the responsibility of the Contractor bidding the project to ensure the accuracy of the reproduction of all Bid Documents and Construction Drawings. This includes, but is not limited to, proper scaling, paper width and length, etc. Failure to do so may result in errors in the Unit Bid Quantities and or Bids Amounts.
