The Town of Cave Creek is proposing to have a complete mill and 2 1/2 - inch thick pavement installed on the portion of 26th St. starting at the intersection of Saddle Mountain Rd and going north to the end. The combined area of 26th St totals approximately 1,400 Linear feet averaging 24' in width with a thickened edge on each side of the road. The area of construction is a total of approximately 33,600 Square Feet (3,733 SY). The Town is proposing this project using Arizona State Procurement guidelines. Construction of the project is scheduled to be performed in the later months of the Town of Cave Creeks 2023 fiscal year with an estimated timeline in May of 2023.
