Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Santa Rosa, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This is an Invitation to Bid for the Barnett Hall Demolition Project. This project requires license B General or C-21 and C-22 Contractors License. Vendor is responsible for downloading all applicable documents included in this bid event. The Bidder's Bond executed by a surety licensed to do business in the State of California as a surety, made payable to the District, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the bid must be attached to the vendor's response. Time of completion for this project is 45 (Forty-Five) days and Liquidated damages are $500 per day. Vendor technical questions must be submitted via email to Kathy Hicks of EBA Engineering at khicks@ebagroup.com on or before April 20, 2023, at 3 pm, if an addendum is required it will be issued no later than April 27, 2023
