Renovation of a water / sewer project in Santa Rosa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project will upsize aged water and sewer mains on Albany Avenue, Clement Drive, Malano Court, and within a proposed easement on the Santa Rosa Junior College Campus (Emeritus Circle Parking Lot). Approximately 1,900 linear feet of water main and 1,400 linear feet of sewer will be replaced. Minor storm drain improvements, including replacement of valley gutters, storm drain structures, and approximately 120 linear feet of storm drain is also included. Full-width roadway reconstruction throughout a majority of the project area where multiple utility replacements are proposed is also included. Trench paving will be applied for the remainder of work that does not require roadway reconstruction. The work also includes construction of eight pedestrian ramps meeting current ADA standards within the roadway reconstruction limits. The work proposed on the Santa Rosa Junior College Campus is covered under an additive bid.
