The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, (hereinafter referred as "City") is issuing this Request for Proposals (hereinafter "RFP") pursuant to the provisions of the Cincinnati Municipal Code (CMC), Chapter 321 and City Manager Administrative Regulation 23 for Professional Services, from parties, (hereinafter "Offerors). For Watermain Replacement 2024 Project Bundle A, the Offeror shall provide Engineering services as described for the projects listed below and detailed in Attachment 7 of this RFP: Borden/Cass - Cumminsville Watermain Replacement Mears/Benneville - Mt Washington Watermain Replacement Samver/Leumas - Green Twp Watermain Replacement Sycamore/E. 6th - CBD Watermain Replacement Mellwood/Darrow - Spring Grove Watermain Replacement The Bundle will be awarded to one Offeror with separate contracts for each project within the Bundle All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing no later than May 4, 2023 at 12:00 pm ET. Questions received after the designated period may not be considered. Any response made by the City will be provided in writing via Addendum. GCWW is soliciting proposals for Watermain Replacement 2024 Project Bundle C. Details of the work requested for each of the projects included in this Bundle are found in Attachment 7. The services required for each project are summarized in Table 1. Detailed scopes of work for the services listed in Table 1 can be found in attachments 8 through 10 of this RFP.
