Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 04/18/2023 11:59 PM (PDT) Scope of Services The City of Santa Barbara (City) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's) from qualified data integration and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) programming firms to establish a Pre-Qualified Data Integration short list to provide Data Integration and Annual SCADA System Maintenance consulting services for the City's Water Resources Division facilities in the areas of Water Treatment, Water Distribution, Wastewater Treatment, and Wastewater Collections. Work duties involve providing on-call system integration consulting and software programming for the operational controls of various new or revised components of the City's Water Resources Division facilities. This includes integration into and modification of the City's existing SCADA system. These services will support planned work for both capital and operations and maintenance projects in various stages of development, but may also be used in the event of equipment failure for immediate assistance. Additionally, annual maintenance and support for SCADA-related hardware, software, and licensing may also be requested of the Contractor. Other Details City will select two to six of the most qualified firms for short list selection. The short list will last for a period of five years. The City will issue either task orders or requests for proposals for individual projects. Task orders will be awarded after review of, and a selection made from, the submitted proposals. The specifics of the scope, schedule, and fee will be negotiated for individual projects, prior to execution of a task order and authorization to proceed.
