As of June 13, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Tree root pruning and curb and gutter replacement; Remove and Replace (R&R) AC Pavement; R&R sidewalk; R&R residential driveway; R&R cross gutter; reconstruction of existing non-compliant curb ramps; construct new curb ramps; lower/raise water valve cans, lower/raise clean outs, raise manholes, install signal pole foundations, ped button and foundation, traffic loops, conduit; install traffic striping and markings; relocate and protect existing signs and roadway name stamps; perform traffic control, notifications, and postings, complete and in place. The contract shall act as a "No-Fee" Public Works Permit pursuant to Santa Barbara Municipal Code Section 22.60.020A. The Public Works Permit number will be provided for any street, direction, or lane closures greater than two hours. The Contractor shall conform to all of the regulations and requirements of all permits issued to the City related to this project. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to coordinate with the City's Construction Management Representative to perform inspections per the requirements of the Public Works permit and project Specifications. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
