Estimated Bid Value: NTE $1 million Project Duration: 2 year as needed contract Online Q&A: Yes Q&A Deadline: 05/03/2023 5:00 PM (PDT) The Santa Barbara County Flood Control & Water Conservation District (District) is receiving cost proposals for Blanket Street Sweeping Services Agreements for Fiscal Years 2023/24 and 2024/25 (July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025). The selected contractors will provide street sweeping services for the hourly rates quoted on the Fee Schedule (Attachment B1) with a "not to exceed" amount of $1,000,000 or any other amount as ratified by the District. The use of these blanket contracts vary from year to year depending on planned annual maintenance projects and can significantly increase during heavy rain events. All services will be provided at the direction of the District. Notes: The District is seeking and accepting bids from all qualified contractors. Qualified and certified MBE/WBE contractors wanted to provide street sweeping services. Each bid received shall be in accordance with the specifications approved by the District.
