Description

Renovation of a detention facility in Abbeville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

The scope shall include replacing the current fire alarm system with an addressable fire alarm system, to include replacement of all detectors, fire alarm panels and annunciators. System will monitor hood systems and activate as required by code. System will monitor and control HVAC systems / exhaust fans as required by code. Questions regarding the bidding documents, the bidding process, e-Builder, and all other questions should be submitted in e-Builder. No questions other than those submitted in writing will be accepted, and only written responses will be binding upon GSFIC. GSFIC reserves the right to reject any bid for violation of this provision.
