This project is for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment to upgrade the landscape at Bennion Elementary School, 429 S 800 E, Salt Lake City, Utah. All work to be performed in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. Contractor will be required to complete contract performance stated herein, regardless of any other work load, including other government projects awarded to the supplier. All questions must be submitted in writing on Periscope Source. Questions asked or submitted any other way will not be answered. Answers to all questions will be provided on Periscope Source. Do not call the Salt Lake City School District (SLCSD) employees with questions. Only questions answered on Periscope Source will be considered the official position of the SLCSD. Only answers provided on Periscope Source provided via an authorized and properly issued addendum shall be the official position of the SLCSD. Any modification to this procurement effort shall be made by addendum issued by the SLCSD. Only authorized and properly issued addenda shall constitute the official and binding position of the SLCSD. Anyone submitting a response to this solicitation based on communication or information received from sources other than through official addendum, assumes full risk including the possibility of a determination of non-responsiveness and may be rejected at the sole discretion of the SLCSD. Contractor shall possess a B100 or S330 contractor's license required by DOPL for the work outlined in this scope of work. Copies of contractor's license must be provided with the bid. Bonding is not required for this project, and a bid bond is not required with your bid. However the SLCSD reserves the right to require bonds later. If bonds are required, an equitable adjustment in the contract price will be granted to cover bonding costs. Be sure you fill out the SLCSD IFB Form. Failure to provide the information required on this form may result in your bid being rejected as non-responsive. Electronic bids may require uploading of electronic attachments.
