Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a detention facility in West Jordan, Utah. Design plans call for the addition of a detention facility; for the demolition of a detention facility; for the construction of a detention facility; for the renovation of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.

Architectural/Engineering services are being sought for Programming and Design for the new Behavior Health Transition Facility. The work will include but not be limited to; the programming and design for the remodel of the existing building converting it into offices, conference rooms, etc. In addition, a new 100 bed housing facility will be built north of the existing building. This new building will include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen / dining facilities, laundry, offices, etc. There will also be site work to adapt the site to meet the needs of this facility. The initial contract award will be for programming only. After satisfactory completion of the programming, DFCM may award design services to the programming consultant. Submittal dates for the required references, management plans, statements of qualifications, and interviews will be based on the Project Schedule included in the Solicitation for A/E Services. All programming and design firms wishing to submit on this project must attend this meeting.
