SLCC JHS Surgery Tech Remodel - F22036 - 3491 West Wights Fort Road, West Jordan, UT Project Description: Remodel of 3000 sf of existing Jordan Health Science Lab at jatc north: 1. jatc north campus: salvage 3 compartment sink and re-install in the new mock surgery space at jordan health sciences plaza level (see plans for location). 2. cap pipes 3. salvage surgical lights and reinstall in the new mock surgery space. 4. leave walls, ceilings and all conditions as is, no need to patch and repair walls, floor and ceilings. at jordan health science: remodel of 3000 sf of existing lab: 1. demo all interior walls, base, and ceiling in suite 123 per shown on the plans. 2. remove marmoluem flooring, carpet and tile and prep floors for new marmoleum flooring. 3. demo all cabinets and countertops. salvage all soap and paper towel dispensers. 4. demo pipes and drains per mechanical drawings. 5. demo electrical fixtures and conduits per electrical drawings. 6. build new rooms per drawings. 7. structural strengthening for surgical lights and booms. 8. new/rerouted mechanical elements in ceiling with new external louvre.
