Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Union Star, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Davis Bacon and/or State Prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. MBE, WBE and Section 3-DBE bidders are encouraged to bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond payable to the Owner for five percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid bond of the successful bidder will be retained until the payment bond and performance bond have been executed and approved, after which it will be returned. A certified check on a solvent bank may be used in lieu of a bid bond. Time of Completion and Liquidated Damages: Bidder must agree to commence work on or before a date to be specified in a written Notice to Proceed of the Owner and to fully complete the project within sixty 60 consecutive calendar days thereafter. Bidder must agree also to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $ 250.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as hereinafter provided in the General Conditions. The method has not been determined.
