The pre-bid job walk must be attended by a Principal of the company proposing to submit a bid or an employee of the company who is a Construction Superintendent or a Project Manager. The District has determined the general prevailing rate to be the per diem wages for each craft or type of workman or mechanic needed to execute this contract as set forth in the collective bargaining agreements for Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Merced Counties, California.
