Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Torrance, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Wilson Park Community Sports Complex roller hockey rink in the City of Torrance (City) has not been resurfaced for the past four years. Historically, the rink was resurfaced every other year. The City has issued a previous bid due in November 2022. The City did not receive any comparable bids and is now seeking vendors to provide resurfacing services for the roller rink or replacement of the rink flooring, whichever is best for the City of Torrance The contract will be from the award of contract, tentatively May 16, 2023, to August 31, 2023. April 28 Addenda/Responses to Questions Posted May 12 Vendors Notified of Intent to Award Submit questions in writing via email to Shane Lee, Administrative Analyst, at SLee@TorranceCA.gov by 12:00 P.M Noon, Local Pacific Time on Monday, April 24, 2023. Questions will not be taken or answered via telephone and will not be received after the deadline. Written answers and any other changes to the RFP will be sent via email or the US Postal Service to all known prospective proposers as an addendum to the RFP. To ensure fairness and avoid misunderstandings, all communications must be in written format and submitted via e-mail by the due date. Any communications whether written or verbal to any person other than the designated individual listed on page 1, prior to award of a contract/purchase order is strictly prohibited and may cause disqualification.
