Saskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA") invites QUOTES from qualified mechanical firms to perform the following work: 2. Scope of Work as defined in MacPherson Inc. Engineering Drawings are M1, M2, M3 & Alfa Engineering Drawing E1 3. Further details about the Work required by SHA are set forth in the attached Appendix "A"- Scope of Work. 4. From this RFQ, SHA intends to enter into a Service Order as per Schedule A with the preferred proponent for the supply of the work indicated above. 5. This RFQ is not a tender. Submission of a proposal does not create any contractual obligations between SHA and any proponent.
