The South East Cornerstone Public School Division #209 (Division) seeks proposals from contractors for a full facility LED lighting fixtures upgrade for Oxbow Prairie Horizons School in Oxbow, Sk. Project Location: Oxbow Prairie Horizons School - 860 Tuper Street, Oxbow, Sk Notice of Award to Preferred Proponent Monday, March3, 2025. Project Completion Time Line April 1 - August 31, 2025 All requests for information regarding this Tender can be made via email to the contact listed below: Jim Swyryda - Facilities Operations Supervisor Phone: 306-848-0080 Email: jim.swyryda@secpsd.ca The Contractor shall invoice the Division monthly for work that has been completed in identified facilities or at the end of the full project deadline of August 31, 2025. Any work that has not been completed due to company scheduling, lack of staff, etc. by August 31, 2024, the contractor will be charged under the SECPSD Liquidated Clause of $500.00 per day. Contractors will be required to provide a confirmation that they have read and accepted this clause for each tender they submit. Any tender received without the clause acceptance will be rejected.
