This contract will need to specify the official start and completion date. The Contractor must provide the R.M. with continuous work to minimize the interruption of road service, as specified in the contract. Note: Completion date will not exceed October 31, 2025, unless mutually agreed upon. The Penalty for Failure to commence or complete clauses will be strictly adhered to.
