Saving Project...

Renovation of a residential development in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Contractor to provide exterior temporary packaged boiler system during changeover. Use existing natural gas piping for temporary fuel source. Temporary non-potable cold water from existing backflow preventor. Coordinate location of temporary boiler with Owner. .2 Demolition of five (5) existing boilers, associated hot water piping (within boiler room) and venting. .3 Installation of five (5) new condensing boilers, low loss headers, circulating pumps, expansion tanks, and associated piping/fittings. .4 Temporarily capping existing natural gas lines in boiler rooms. Reconnect natural gas lines to new flexible connections on boilers. .5 New boiler control systems and associated boiler pumps will be seamlessly integrated into existing Delta controls system. .6 Supply and install new wiring and disconnects for new boilers and associated pumps complete with all required trim. .7 Demolish non-potable cold water make up piping within room, including but not limited to the following equipment: backflow preventor, expansion tank, air separator and pressure regulator.
