Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a 94,000-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility.
Project consists of a remodel of the floors 1-3 of the existing 4 story building. A new separate Gymnasium building is also included gymnasium building is cmu/block/steel structure and is approximately 13,000 sf. Renovation of 94,000-square-feet coupled with new construction of a gymnasium and science wing. Remodel of the existing building is approximately 60,000 sf. The project also Includes associated parking, landscape, and site work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. As of August 1, 2023, a general contractor has been awarded and revised plans are available for final bidding. As of April 24, 2024, project is underway.
