No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the bids. Contractor shall submit an E-Verify Program Verification in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012. Bidder's Surety -- a Certified Check Payable to the Rostraver Township Sewage Authority or a Bid Bond on the Bid Form Executed by The Bidder and a Surety Company Approved by the Owner, in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount of Bid, Must Be Submitted With Each Bid or Bids Will Be Considered Nonresponsive And Immediately Rejected. Successful Bidding Bidder Awarded This Contract Shall Provide a Performance Surety in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of The Contract Amount. Equal Opportunity Employer -- the Rostraver Township Sewage Authority Fully Complies With the Provisions of This Act. All Qualified Bidders Are Invited to Submit a Proposal. Rostraver Township Sewage Authority Board Reserves the Right to Award or to Reject Any and/or All Portions Thereof Proposals Submitted, and to Waive Informalities in the Bidding Process if in The Best Interest of the Authority.
