Renovation of a municipal facility in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of April 21, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City of Pigeon Forge is accepting sealed bids on replacing current roof at our Special Events Office located at 3107 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. Questions should be referred to Alan Loy, Building Maintenance Supervisor at aloy@cityofpigeonforgetn.gov or 865-850-4728. No bid may be withdrawn for thirty (30) days. The City of Pigeon Forge reserves the right to waive any and all informalities that are in the best interest of the City, to accept or reject any bid and/or any part thereof, and to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the City of Pigeon Forge. The City of Pigeon Forge is an EOE and complies with ADA and Title VI. The scope of the project is to provide all materials and labor to remove existing asphalt shingles, repair any damaged decking and reinstall new shingles according to the manufacturer's specifications. Successful bidder will be responsible for disposing of all materials in an approved site. The bidder will also have to coordinate all work with the Building Maintenance Supervisor as to the best time to perform the work.
