Site work for a water / sewer project in Bondurant, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construct 15th Street SE and NE 88th Street Water Main and 32nd Street SE and Jorie Way Water Main including all labor, materials and equipment necessary for approximately 19,242 linear feet of 12-inch water main installed in open cut, 1,253 linear feet of 12-inch water main installed by trenchless construction, connections to existing system, hydrants, valves, excavation, backfill, traffic control, surface restoration and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup. The project is located along 15th Street SE and NE 88th Street and 32nd Street SE and Jorie Way in the City of Bondurant, Iowa The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, said bond to be issued by a responsible surety approved by the City Council and authorized to transact business in the State of Iowa and shall guarantee the faithful performance of the contract and the terms and conditions therein contained, and shall guarantee the prompt payment to all persons, firms, subcontractors and corporations furnishing materials for or performing labor in the prosecution of the work, and the maintenance of improvements in good repair for not less than four (4) years from the time of acceptance of the improvements by the City.
