0000317157 The Pomona Unified School district is seeking qualified contractors for the installation of security gates and access controls systems. Scope of work includes installing pedestal mount card readers, gate motors, electrical infrastructure, chain link/wrought iron fencing, concrete and
asphalt patch work. Because of the complexity of the building systems, the phasing of the project, the relative cost of the project, and the sensitive nature of the work to be performed in the buildings, it is essential
that proven performance be demonstrated by general contractors and first-tier subcontractors in order to become prequalified to bid on this project. All Prequalification Applications shall be completed by the date and time set forth above. Any interested party is solely responsible for ensuring its prequalification application is completed by the deadline set forth above and is fully complete and responsive. The District is seeking to prequalify contractors with a "B" licenses that intend to bid as a general contractor (prime contractor) directly to the District.
The District is also seeking to prequalify contractors with "C-7" and/or "C-10" licenses that intend to bid as first-tier subcontractors to a general contractor (prime contractor) that is bidding directly to the District.
