Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites Proposals for the supply of summer janitorial services (the Services) for washroom and related facilities within some RDCO owned and operated Parks (the Service Locations), as detailed herein. The Contract Term shall commence on May 15, 2023 and shall expire on October 31, 2024 for a total Contract Term covering 2 summer seasons for each Lot (the Contract Term). Notwithstanding the Contract Term dates, the Services shall only be provided by the successful Contractor for each Lot during the period April 1 to October 31 of each year. Service Locations are split into the following Lots (A, B, C). Respondents to this RFP may submit proposals based on all or some Lots. The Regional District will evaluate and award the contract for each Lot separately. Further details on the requirements and how to submit a proposal are contained in the attached RFP Documents.
