Site work for a water / sewer project in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Through this Request for Proposal (Opportunity), the City of Kelowna, hereafter referred to as the “City”, invites proposals for the construction of: Full segment cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation of approximately 744 m of 750 mm and 132 m of 600 mm diameter reinforced concrete sanitary trunk sewer. The base scope of work involves lining works on Burtch Road between Byrns Road and Sutherland Avenue as well as a single segment on Sutherland Avenue. Two optional pipe segments are included on Burtch Road, and two optional pipe segments are included adjacent to the Parkinson Recreation Centre and on Parkinson Way. The base Work can be briefly summarized as follows: CIPP selection and design per supplemental specifications. Full segment CIPP rehabilitation of approximately 744 m of 750 mm diameter reinforced concrete sanitary trunk c/w pre and post-line cleaning and inspection. Full segment CIPP rehabilitation of approximately 132 m of 600 mm diameter reinforced concrete sanitary trunk c/w pre and post-line cleaning and inspection. Sanitary bypass, flow control and dewatering. Sanitary sewer manhole modifications. Traffic and pedestrian management. Documents can be obtained from https://kelowna.bonfirehub.ca/portal/
