Bid shall be in accordance with the description, quantity, terms and conditions contained in the specifications on file in the office of the Town Manager, in the terms of this notice and laws of the State of Indiana applicable thereto. Bidders shall execute their bid on the form included in the bid packaged, together with a non-collusion affidavit, and a signed copy of Certification Regarding Unauthorized Aliens, as set forth in the Bid Documents, and remain open for acceptance ninety (90) days following their receipt. The Owner requires that awarded Contractor comply with the requirements of Town Ordinance No. 2010-09 Project Labor Agreement and with Town Ordinance No. 2016-18 Town of Dyer Responsible Bidding Practices Ordinance, both adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Dyer, Lake County, Indiana. Both Ordinances are included. The work included within this Bid package is to be completed by August 11, 2023. The Town Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in bidding.
