This Work Will Include the Purchase and Installation of Sidewalks, Ada Accessible Curb Cuts, and Cast-in-place Detectable Warning Surfaces at Crosswalks. Bid Security: Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by an Acceptable Certified Check or Cashier's Check Made Payable to the Town of Dyer or an Acceptable Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to Five (5%) Percent of the Total Bid Price, Executed by an Incorporated Surety Company in Good Standing and Qualified to Do Business in the State of Indiana. Bonds: A Performance Bond and Payment Bond, Each in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price, Will Be Required. Each Bidder Must Ensure That All Employees and Applicants for Employment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Their Race, Creed, Color, Sex, or National Origin. This Project is Being Funded in Part by the Department of Housing and Urban Development Through the Lake County Community Economic Development Department. The Remaining Portion of the Project Shall Be Funded Through Local Funds. Total Available Funds for Fy 2024 to the Town of Dyer is $150,440.00, Which Represents Approximately 100% of the Estimated Cost of the Project
