Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Dyer, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Cottonwood Park and Heritage Estates Park Playground Improvements. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check, for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid payable to the Town of Dyer Parks and Recreation as security for execution of the contract under the terms embodied in the Contract Documents. The bidder awarded the contract will be required to furnish a separate Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract price before commencing work. The Performance Bond and the Payment Bond shall remain in effect throughout the entire construction period. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled time of the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. However, no bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after the scheduled time for opening, unless agreed to by the Dyer Parks and Recreation Board. The Dyer Parks and Recreation Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
