*This is going to be rebidding, but a timeline has not been established as of 6/28/2023* Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check, for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid payable to the Town of Dyer Parks and Recreation as security for execution of the contract under the terms embodied in the Contract Documents. The bidder awarded the contract will be required to furnish a separate Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract price before commencing work. The Dyer Parks and Recreation Board or representatives appointed by the Board will make the award of the contract. In determining who the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder is, the Dyer Parks and Recreation Board will consider the bid and all other relevant facts or matters mentioned in the Contract Documents which the Dyer Parks and Recreation Board may legally consider in determining the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Dyer Parks and Recreation Board and the Town of Dyer will take notice of any prior dealings between Bidder and Town of Dyer and will rely on said prior dealings in determining if a Bidder is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
