DESCRIPTION: The work shall include, but not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, supervision, equipment and services as may be necessary or requested for the reconstruction of Zillman Park, owned by the City of Milwaukee. ZILLMAN PARK RECONSTRUCTION Located at: 2168 S Kinnickinnic Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53207 Time for Completion: 65 working days. Liquidated Damages, per diem: $500 The residency requirement for this project is 40% of all hours worked on the project. One quarter of these hours must be attributable to residents living in the following zip codes: 53204, 53205, 53206, 53208, 53210, 53215, and 53233. The SBE Compliance Plan (Form A) must be submitted with the bid and is an element of bid responsiveness. SBE certificates must be submitted with the Form A. Incomplete SBE Compliance Plans (Form A) or inaccurate SBE Compliance Plans will not be accepted and will render the bid unresponsive.
