Scope of Work: 1. Vendor is to furnish all necessary materials, machinery, equipment, superintendence, transportation, tools, supplies, labor and appurtenances necessary for the complete construction to update the Woodbridge Pkwy and Hensley Lane intersection from a 4 way stop condition to a signalized intersection. 2. Owner Provided Traffic Signal Cabinet - Due to lengthy lead-times, the Owner has pre-ordered the required signal cabinet. The Owner will coordinate the delivery with the awarded vendor. Note – the intersection is located near 2 schools. Bid Bond (5%): See bid for details; due 4 days prior to bid opening There is no pre-bid meeting. See bid specification and plans for details. Engineer’s estimated construction time: 150 days Opinion of cost: Due to supply chain and shipping issues, an opinion of cost is not available at this time.
