Bidder is to furnish all necessary materials, machinery, equipment, superintendence, transportation, tools, supplies, plant, labor and appurtenances necessary for the complete construction of all Park improvements at East Meadow Trail & Community Park to include demolition as shown in drawings, new splashpads with enhanced surfacing, concrete walkways, low walls, shade structures, gateway structure, restroom, filtration buildings, vehicular concrete paving and parking, and other miscellaneous park features as indicated on the drawings. Location A: The Splash Pad at East Meadow Trail is an active trail head. Park will remain open at all times so signage would need to be required for portions of the trail being closed during construction. Location B: The Splash Pad at Community Park is located at an athletic complex. Construction will need to be stopped by 5pm Monday-Friday and all day on Saturday during the spring and fall seasons. Fall season will be August 15th -October 31st. Spring season will be March 15th -June 14th.
