Reference Number 0000317369 Request for Proposal: The Brownstown Police Department is seeking proposals for the updating or replacing of our HVAC Control System. The current system is Staefa and is outdated and running on an obsolete Window's operating system. The Police Building utilizes 3 hot water boilers and three air handler units. The project will update and/or replace existing control system components and provide HVAC repairs as needed to restore functionality to the HVAC Control System. Prospective contractors are encouraged to contact the Police Department to schedule a site visit prior to submitting proposals.
