Consisting of the construction and/or furnishing of various items as listed in the Bid Schedule beginning on Page P-5 of this document, plus incidentals necessary to complete the work. The work is entitled the Hogg Ridge Road Bridge Replacement Project and consists of removal of the existing structure and construction of a highway bridge on Hogg Ridge Road over the South Fork of Grassy Creek (hereinafter called "Project"). This project includes removal of the existing structure and construction of the bridge only. Approach work will be accomplished by others. For furnishing all labor and/or materials and performing all work as set forth by this advertisement, conditions (general and special), specifications, and/or the drawings prepared by Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (hereinafter JMT). The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the OWNER may be served.
